GriefShare

If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend through death, you’ve probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel.

GriefShare is a support group for people grieving the death of someone close. Each session includes a video seminar and group discussion

The video part of each session features interviews with leading authors, counsellors, speakers and pastors with years of expertise in grief recovery.

During the group discussion you’ll have the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a loss – whether recently or in the past – and share your own, however there is no obligation to speak unless you feel comfortable to do so.
